Luca Calò was born in Taranto in 1978 and received his artistic training at the “Lisippo” State Art School in his hometown, subsequently graduating with top marks in Sculpture from the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence. His artistic career has developed through regular participation in international exhibitions, symposia and events in Italy and abroad, with exhibitions in Europe and Asia. Since 2000, he has taken part in numerous International Sculpture Symposia, exploring the relationship between technique, material and formal experimentation. He lives and works, balancing artistic research with exhibition activities.
